NOTICE: The person sending this form warrants and represents that he/she has authority to make this firm offer, and to bind Promoter to all terms and conditions contained herein. This offer is deemed a bona fide offer upon which artist and artist’s representatives may and will rely. Upon acceptance of the offer, Purchaser agrees to pay forthwith a 50% (fifty percent) deposit to WHITE EAGLE PROMOTIONS by Interac Email Transfer. The Purchaser agrees to pay the full payment 7 days prior to the show date. Should the Purchaser cancel the Artist’s booking within 5 days before the performance, he/ she agrees to pay the entire fee for the artist’s engagement to White Eagle Promotions.
