ZERO TOLERANCE  OF ABUSE POLICY

White Eagle Promotions is committed to fostering  safe and respectful relationships for all clients and partners. We expect the same from all artists and clients and do not tolerate abuse, unprofessional conduct, or inappropriate behaviour.

There is absolutely zero tolerance for any conduct that causes any one to feel at risk of harm, harassed or disrespected.

Unacceptable conduct includes :

  • Intimidation
  • Violence
  • Verbal abuse
  • Inappropriate words
  • Bullying and disrespect
  • Abusive language
  • Threats or threatening behaviour
  • Disrespectful or demeaning conduct
  • Discriminatory remarks
  • Offensive behaviour

White Eagle Promotions may exercise her discretion to terminate the  client at any time for inappropriate conduct or abuse. Refunds are  not provided for consulting or any services already rendered.   Any abusive conduct from a client will be grounds for immediate discharge from White Eagle Promotions as a client. 

NO REFUND POLICY

White Eagle Promotions does not provide any refunds on consulting  or any services which have already been provided to the client.

All sales on marketing and promotion campaigns, advertising and services are final, once the work has begun.
